Dear Mr. Cappell,

I would like to inform you about my decision to resign from my position of a call center agent with 24/7 Teleservices with effect from 1st April 2012, the last day of my employment would be the 15th of April 2012, thus effectively serving a two week notice period.

I have decided that it is time that I take up a position that would help me further my career in this industry, this has not been an easy decision to make considering the fact that I have spent the last 5 years with 2/7 Teleservices and have found this time spent to be a rich and rewarding experience both professionally as well as personally. I have decided to take up a position as a senior call center agent with another organization which would help me better my career. During my notice period I would be willing to ensure that a smooth transition of responsibilities is carried out and would ensure that my productivity is not hampered during my remaining days in the organization.

I would like to thank the management, my supervisors and my co-workers who have been very supportive and have taught me a lot during my tenure. I would like to specially thank you for your continuing support, guidance and leadership and the trust that you had in me during my tenure.

I would like to wish 24/7 Teleservices, its management and staff the best in the future. If I can be of any help during my notice, please let me know.

Sincerely,

Kevin Stevens
